Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines prohibited uses of the services offered by OpenPrisma EURL (“Claper”, “we”, “us”), located at 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysees, 75008 Paris, France, including Claper.co and app.claper.co. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use the services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive purpose, or to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. This includes:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable
- Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others
- Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
No Security Violations
You may not use the services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, communications system, software application, or computing device. This includes:
- Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks
- Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system
- Interference with service to any user, host, or network
- Forging of any packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting
No Audience Interaction Abuse
Given the interactive nature of Claper, the following are expressly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to stuff polls, generate fake Q&A messages, or manipulate quiz results
- Impersonating other participants or speakers in Q&A, chat, or interactive sessions
- Distributing malware, phishing links, or other harmful content through presentation uploads, Q&A, or chat features
- Flooding or spamming interactive features to disrupt events
No Network Abuse
You may not use the services to engage in network abuse, including:
- Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Intentional interference with the proper functioning of any system or network
- Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or other resource restrictions
- Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the services beyond the provided API
Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy. We may:
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Policy
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations

Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
